I'm Moon — I've been photographing Colorado's wild places for twenty years, and elopements are some of my favorite work. There's something about a small ceremony in a mountain meadow or above the treeline that strips everything down to what actually matters. No schedule pressure, no crowd management, just two people and a landscape that puts everything in perspective.
I'm based in Fort Collins and I know this state well — from Rocky Mountain National Park and the Estes Park area to the Great Sand Dunes, Crested Butte, the San Juans, and everywhere in between. If you have a place in mind, I've probably shot near it or I'm ready to explore it with you. I'll help you figure out permits, timing, and where the light is best. You focus on each other. I'll take care of the rest.

Engagement or Day After Session - $225 (normally $525)
Enjoy a relaxed session before or after your elopement. This can be a portrait session in the mountains, at home with your pets, or anywhere that reflects your life together. Great for announcements, save‑the‑dates, or simply capturing more of your story.
Travel within one hour of Fort Collins is included. For celebrations farther afield, I’ll provide a travel fee quote. In general, I charge $100/hour for travel.
No travel fees for Estes Park, Rocky Mountain National Park, Boulder, and much of the Front Range and NoCo areas.
