Spring Elopement at Sprague Lake

Sprague Lake in Rocky Mountain National Park, Estes Park, CO.

Sprague Lake in spring is all soft reflections and the first green of the season — a completely different world from its winter self, but just as beautiful. This elopement was intimate and relaxed, with additional portraits at Moraine Park as the afternoon light went golden. They were fully present with each other, and it shows in every frame. Days like this are exactly why I love shooting in the Park.
